CHECK FEE. All checks paid to Lessor, at the time of payment, must have sufficient funds in the bank to cover the amount written. If any check is returned by the bank, for any reason, Tenant will be assessed a $35.00 charge and is not allowed to make payment via personal check again.

Recipient Broker/Agent shall either (i) direct the escrow/closing agent to pay the Referral Fee to Xxxx.xxx at closing or (ii) pay the Referral Fee directly to Xxxx.xxx within 15 calendar days of closing.
