Common use of Check-in Procedures Clause in Contracts

Check-in Procedures. All Tenants must check in through the Landlord to obtain key(s). A Room Condition Report will be available online to Tenant. The Room Condition Report should be completed by Tenant and submitted to the Management Office within seven (7) days of check in. Failure to submit a Room Condition Report within seven (7) days from move-in date shall be construed to mean that Tenant acknowledges that the Apartment Unit and Premises contain all furnishings and that the furnishings and the Apartment Unit and Premises are in good condition. It is the Tenant’s responsibility to settle account obligations before check-in date.
