CHECK-OFF AND AGENCY SHOP. A. The Parking Authority agrees to deduct dues for the union from the salaries of its employees subject to this Agreement, upon receipt of a properly executed payroll deduction authorization form in compliance with law. CHECK-OFF AND AGENCY SHOP. A. The Parking Authority Section 1. If authorized voluntarily and in writing to the proper disbursing officer of the Utility, an employee subject to this Agreement, who is a member of the Union, may indicate the desire to have deductions made from his/her compensation for the purpose of paying usual, customary and uniform dues to the Union. G) The Union shall indemnify and save the Parking Authority harmless from and against any all claims, demands, proceedings, actions, suits, damages, cost and fees and all forms of liability that shall arise out of or by reason of action against taken by the Parking Authority in reliance upon properly executed payroll deduction authorization forms or the representation fee information furnished by the Union to against the Parking Authority, or in reliance upon the official notification on or the letterhead of the Union and signed by the President of the Union, advising of a changed deduction. H. H) The Parking Authority shall supply the Union with a list of all bargaining employees twice a year, once in January and again in July. In addition, a Union representative may review, upon reasonable request, the Parking Authority's ’s payroll documents to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Article.
