CHECK-OUT ALLOWANCE. (a) Any employee who is living in camp accommodations provided by the Employer may elect to receive a sum of twelve dollars ($12.00) per day or any such amount as may be established on a project by mutual agreement in lieu of meals which will not be consumed on weekends or Recognized Holiday(s). If meal tickets are provided to employees, the employee must turn in his meal tickets to the Employer's Representative not later than 4:00 p.m. on the day preceding such weekend or Recognized Holiday(s).

CHECK-OUT ALLOWANCE. Any Employee who is living in accommodation provided by the Employer may on any weekend vacate or check out of such accommodation and the Employer shall pay him twelve dollars ($12.00) per day check out where accommodation is in camps and fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day where accommodation is provided for those living in motels/hotels. To qualify, the Employee must work the scheduled shift prior to the weekend or Statutory Holiday and the scheduled shift after the weekend or Statutory Holiday, unless mutually agreed by the Employee and the Employer Representative. If meal tickets are provided to Employees, the Employee who intends to check out or vacate for the weekend must turn in his meal tickets to the Employer's Representative not later than noon the day previous to checking out or vacating.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.
