CHECK-OUT ALLOWANCE. (a) Any employee who is living in camp accommo- dations provided by the Employer may elect to receive a sum of twelve dollars ($12.00) per day or any such amount as may be established on a project by mutual agreement in lieu of meals which will not be consumed on weekends or Recognized Holiday(s). If meal tickets are provided to employees, the employee must turn in his meal tickets to the Employer's Representative not later than 4:00 p.m. on the day preceding such week- end or Recognized Holiday(s). (b) Any employee who is living in Commercial Lodging accommodations provided by the Employer may elect to receive a sum of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day or any such amount as may be established on a project by mutual agreement in lieu of meals which will not be consumed on weekends or Recognized Hol- iday(s). If meal tickets are provided to employees, the employee must turn in his meal tickets to the Employ- er's Representative not later than 4:00 p.m. on the day preceding such weekend or Recognized Holiday(s). (c) The employee must work the shift prior to the weekend or Recognized Holiday(s) and the shift after the weekend or Recognized Holiday(s) unless mutual- ly agreed between the employees and the Employer's Representative.
