Common use of Check Ride Failures Clause in Contracts

Check Ride Failures. Should a Maintenance Test Pilot fail any check ride or oral evaluation, he/she may be provided up to ten (10) hours of combined remedial training, flight and/or ground, at the discretion and approval of the Government Flight Representative (GFR). The employee will be provided the opportunity to submit a written explanation of circumstances for GFR consideration.
