Check Tests. A Welder, whose Identification Transfer Card is about to expire or which has expired for ninety (90) days or less will be required to weld the assembly for check testing for the position held. GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS: In order to avoid unnecessary testing which will not be of benefit to the Council, the Bureau and the Welder, who may waste time and money, the following is suggested:
