CHECKS, PAY PERIOD, WAGES AND CONTRIBUTIONS. Section 1. All employees working under this Agreement shall be paid on a regular printed payroll check before quitting time and within ninety six (96) hours after the closing of the pay period for the week. An employee being laid off shall be given his or her final paycheck in full for all hours of employment one and one-half (1½) hours before lay-off.
