Common use of Chief Arbitrator and Deputy Chief Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Chief Arbitrator and Deputy Chief Arbitrator. For the duration of this Collective Agreement, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx shall serve as the Chief Arbitrator. The Chief Arbitrator will have exclusive, final and binding authority over all issues relating to the scheduling of cases, including decisions as to who hears which case and when it is heard and shall have the power to relieve against time limits, including those in the grievance process and the referral to arbitration in respect of all cases.
