Chief Medical Officer. 2.2.2.3.1. The Chief Medical Officer shall be a physician licensed by the State of Colorado and certified by the Colorado Board of Medical Examiners. 2.2.2.3.2. The Chief Medical Officer shall be responsible for the implementation of all clinical and/or medical programs implemented by the Contractor. 2.2.2.3.3. The Chief Medical Officer shall ensure that all clinical and/or medical programs implemented by the Contractor are implemented and operated in compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations policies and procedures and with the requirements of the Contract.
