Chief Officer. 6.1 The Chief Officer has both strategic and operational responsibility for the delivery of services. The Chief Officer will be directly responsible to and line-managed by the Chief Executive Officers of both Parties, and via the Chief Executive Officers is responsible to NHS Highland and the Council. The Chief Officer is also accountable to Argyll and Bute Integration Joint Board.
