Common use of Child/Adult Ratio Clause in Contracts

Child/Adult Ratio. 32.01 The Employer and the Union agree that a reasonable ratio of adults to children in a Day Care Centre is essential if the children's physical, intellectual and emotional needs and potentials are to be given proper attention.
