Child/Adult Ratio. 27.01 The Employer and the Union agree that a reasonable ratio of adults to children in a Day Care Centre is essential if the children's physical, intellectual and emotional needs and potentials are to be given proper attention. Therefore, the Employer agrees that the child/adult ratio shall not exceed the minimum established by the Ontario Day Nurseries Act, Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1980, Chapter 111, as amended from time to time.
