Child Care Allowance. The Employer shall reimburse, up to a limit of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour, an Employee who is a single parent of a young child or children or where the other spouse is unable to attend to the child, for the cost of substitute care when an Employee works overtime.
Child Care Allowance. A childcare allowance will be provided by Gap Solutions, Inc. directly to the member-identified provider, if the Member qualifies for the allowance. More information can be found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/.
Child Care Allowance. The employer agrees to pay a child care allowance of $50.00 per week per child. For those employees who incur child care costs beyond normal expenditures as a result of being away from home on a conference or training, such unusual child care cost shall be reimbursed one hundred percent (100%) for the additional costs. Receipts must accompany these claims. An employee, who is required to be absent from home overnight on Ontario Federation of Labour business travel and whose dependants are all under 16 years of age, may receive assistance for each night's absence for child care expenses incurred in excess of those incurred by the employee for care of the children during the work day. The terms of assistance are as follows:
(a) An allowance of $20.00 for each night when the child(ren) are left in the care of a friend or relative not normally residing with the family;
(b) $20.00 for each night for nannies/housekeepers who normally reside with the family;
(c) Up to $40.00 for each night to individuals at arms length who provide child care as a regular source of income and who do not reside with the family;
(d) Up to $50.00 for each night the child(ren) are left in the care of a bonded sitter provided by a company in the business of providing child care services and which is taxed as a company. Receipts for (b) and (c) shall include the cost, dates of employment, the sitter's name, phone number and social insurance number; and (d) would be reimbursed based on an invoice which includes the cost, dates of employment, the company name and phone number and the sitter's name.
Child Care Allowance if applicable, is available to all full time members only. The childcare provider must be approved under the GAP Solutions guidelines and the allowance will be provided directly to the care provider. Child Care Allowance. An amount equal to the total amount of monthly medical, dental and extended health care plan premiums, at the dependant rate, shall be paid to an employee towards monthly child care expenses providing such receipts for child care expenses are submitted to the Employer. This allowance is only available to employees not availing themselves of the aforementioned health and welfare benefit.
Child Care Allowance. The amount of the child-care allowance may not exceed the applicable payment rate to an eligible provider established by the State for child care funded under the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 9858c(4)(A)).
Child Care Allowance. Where travel is required, request for reimbursement of child care expenses may be permitted under the following circumstances:
(a) if travel is occasional or unexpected, and,
(b) if the employee incurs expenses above and beyond the usual costs for child care as a direct result of travel. In these situations, employees may be reimbursed for actual costs up to a daily maximum of forty dollars ($40.00) per day. Prior approval for reimbursement of child care expenses in accordance with this Article is required, as well as a written explanation of the circumstances. A receipt must also be submitted as proof of expense. Childcare costs may be claimed for a child under the age of twelve (12) who resides with the traveller on a full-time basis and relies on the traveller for care. Where an overnight stay is required, childcare costs may be claimed for a child under the age of fifteen (15). An employee will also be eligible for the Child Care Allowance in accordance with this Article where an employee is required to work, and the employee would not normally pay for the child care for a given time period as a direct result of such work.

If the Member qualifies, a child care allowance will be provided by the National Association of Child Care Resources and Referral Agencies (NACCRRA) directly to the Member’s child care provider. Members requesting child care assistance must notify TerraCorps staff and submit a written request to be processed. Members are not eligible to receive child care through AmeriCorps while they are receiving other child care subsidies. If the Member qualifies, a child care allowance will be provided by the National Association of Child Care Resources and Referral Agencies (NACCRRA) directly to the Member’s child care provider. Members requesting child care assistance must notify the TerraCorps Program and submit a written request to be processed. Members are not eligible to receive child care through AmeriCorps while they are receiving other child care subsidies. The TerraCorps Program will support Members in accessing and navigating this benefit.
Child Care Allowance. If an Insured contracts an Illness or suffers an injury due to an accident whilst on a Trip during the Period of Insurance and his/her dependent children are covered by us for the same policy tenure and are travelling along with the hospitalized parent on the same trip, the Company shall pay to the Insured a daily compensation for a maximum number of 5 days or as specified in Policy Schedule/Certificate of Insurance for each continuous and completed period of 24 hours of Hospitalization of Insured as child care expenses.
i. The overall liability to make any payment under this cover is the maximum Sum Insured specified in Policy Schedule/Certificate of Insurance, under this cover.
ii. The liability of the Company to make payment will only commence after the Insured has been hospitalized for a period of more than 24 consecutive hours or such time mentioned as Deductible/Franchise in Policy Schedule/Certificate of Insurance.
iii. We have accepted a Claim for the same period of Hospitalization of the Insured Person under C.I.1 Emergency Medical Expenses (Accident & Illness) or C.I.2 Emergency Medical Expenses (Accident Only) Section.
