Common use of Child of Domestic Partner Clause in Contracts

Child of Domestic Partner. A child of an eligible Domestic Partner who is not the biological child, adopted child or child placed with the Subscriber for adoption if (i) a court having jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter has issued an order granting the guardianship of such child to the Subscriber; and (ii) such child is and remains otherwise eligible; or
