Child Protection Policy i. The Supplier must comply with its obligations, if any, under the SPREP Child Protection Pol- icy. SPREP will ensure that the Supplier has ac- cess to this policy prior to execution of the Agreement, and the Supplier may make enquir- ies of SPREP around the application of, or up- dates to, the policy at any time during the Agreement Period.
