Child Protective Team Services Sample Clauses

Child Protective Team Services. The services listed below are performed by Child Protection Team providers under contract to the Florida Department of Health and are used by both the Child Protective Services and the Children’s Advocacy Programs. Where the services are not paid for by the Department of Health, the Recipient will pay for the services under this Subcontract. Only costs necessary to provide these services will be reimbursed. All costs submitted for reimbursement must be reasonable and customary when compared to similar services in the same geographical area. Costs submitted for reimbursement must be supported by evidence of the number of services provided and the time necessary to provide the services.
