Medical Assessments. (a) The Company may require an Employee to undergo a medical assessment including an Order 43 Periodic Medical Assessment, Road & Maritime Services Medical, Medical Review, and if required a vision, audiometry, spirometry, at the Company's expense: (i) as a condition of employment; (ii) to evaluate an Employee's fitness for work; (iii) to satisfy clients' specific site access requirements; or (iv) to evaluate an Employee's ability to return to work after an extended period of illness or injury. (b) If an employee is required to submit to further or additional tests as a result of the above, this will be at the expense of the Employee. (c) The medical assessment must be conducted by an accredited healthcare professional nominated by the Company or if related to specific site access then as set out by the relevant client in conjunction with the Policies or Client Policies. (d) The Employee agrees to sign a consent form authorising the healthcare professional to release any information from the medical assessment to the Company or its representative. (e) Where the information is required for site access, the Employee also agrees to sign a consent form authorising the healthcare professional to release any information from the medical assessment to the Company's client.
Medical Assessments. (a) We may direct you to undergo a medication examination or investigation by a qualified medical practitioner or other health care professional appointed by us at any time, either before or during your employment, if in our reasonable opinion there is a valid reason (such as whether you are fit for work). (b) you agree to attend and fully cooperate in such medical examinations as required. (c) You agree to a report of the examination and/or results of the investigation being made available to us.
Medical Assessments. Employment may be conditional upon a pre employment medical test if deemed necessary in order to ensure adequate physical capability for the role.
