Unspecified Services. Any service not specifically included in the Scope of Work and Detailed Specifications article may be added to this Contract if it falls within the same general category of Services already specified in the Contract. Pursuant to MCC Section 2-92-646, the lifetime, aggregate value of the City’s purchase of any Services added to this Contract must not exceed ten percent (10%) of the original value of the Contract. The Department will notify the Contractor in writing of the services which are necessary and request a written price proposal for the addition of the services to this Contract under the same terms and conditions of the original Contract, then forward the documents to the CPO. Such services may be added to the Contract only if the prices are competitive with current market prices and said services are approved by the CPO in writing. The CPO reserves the right to seek competitive pricing information on said services from other vendors and to solicit such services in a manner that serves the best interest of the City. Any such services provided by the Contractor, without a written approval signed by the CPO, are done so entirely at the Contractor's risk. Consequently, in the event that such addition to the Contract is not approved by the CPO, the Contractor hereby releases the City from any liability whatsoever to pay for any services provided prior to the Contractor’s receipt of the fully signed modification.

  • Services to Other Clients; Certain Affiliated Activities (a) The relationship between the Asset Manager and the Series is as described in this Agreement and nothing in this Agreement, none of the services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement, nor any other matter, shall oblige the Asset Manager to accept responsibilities that are more extensive than those set forth in this Agreement. (b) The Asset Manager’s services to the Series are not exclusive. The Asset Manager may engage in other activities on behalf of itself, any other Managing Party and other clients (which, for the avoidance of doubt, may include other series of the Company). The Series acknowledges and agrees that the Asset Manager may, without prior notice to the Series, give advice to such other clients. The Asset Manager shall not be liable to account to the Series for any profits, commission or remuneration made or received in respect of transactions effected pursuant to the Asset Manager’s advice to another client and nor will the Asset Manager’s fees be abated as a result.

  • Included Services If any services, functions, or responsibilities not specifically described in this Agreement are an inherent, necessary, or customary part of the Services or are required for proper performance or provision of the Services in accordance with this Agreement, such services, functions, or responsibilities are deemed to be included within the scope of the Services to be delivered for the Charges, as if such services, functions, or responsibilities were specifically described in this Agreement.

  • Managed Services HP will provide the services as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to this Agreement or incorporating it by reference. Each party will appoint a single point of contact as set forth in the SOW who will serve as their primary representative, have overall responsibility for managing performance, and meet with the other party’s representative to review progress. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Value Added Services Any product or service provided by a third party unaffiliated with Servicer to assist Carrier in processing Card Transactions, including internet payment gateways, integrated Terminals, global distribution systems, inventory management and accounting tools, loyalty programs, fraud prevention programs, and any other product or service that participates, directly or indirectly, in the flow of Card Transaction data.

  • Supportive Services 2.1. Case Management Access Shelter Providers are required to have case management available to participants on site. Participation within case management is voluntary to program participants, however all participants must be offered case management and must be engaged on an ongoing basis to encourage participation. Shelter Providers should recognize that it may take multiple contacts before a participant is ready to engage. Shelter Providers must ensure case management services are participant-centered to individual needs. Programs must provide space for the provision of case management that works to create as much privacy and confidentiality as possible.

  • EXTENDED SERVICE 156 Upon application, a military leave of absence (without pay) will be granted to employees who are employed in other than temporary positions. This applies to employees who are inducted through a selective service system or voluntary enlistment, or if the employee is called through membership in the National Guard or reserve component into the Armed Forces of the United States.
