Common use of CHILDCARE CENTERS Clause in Contracts

CHILDCARE CENTERS. 37.1 The College and the Union recognize that family life has a significant impact upon employee’s work lives. The College agrees to provide employees with access to the College’s existing childcare center(s) on the same basis as presently provided. The Employer will prioritize families who already have a child enrolled, then student parents, then faculty and staff, and finally community families.
