Vacation Leave Accrual. After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below. Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.
Vacation Leave Accrual. Full-time employees will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below under the following conditions:
A. Employees working less than full-time schedules will accrue vacation leave on the same proportional basis that their appointment bears to a full-time appointment.
B. Vacation leave will not accrue during leave without pay that exceeds ten
Vacation Leave Accrual. After having served in the state service for six (6) months, employees shall be credited with the appropriate earned vacation leave and thereafter vacation leave shall be accumulated or prorated on the appropriate schedule as follows for (a) full-time employees; (b) seasonal employees; and (c) part-time employees: Length of State Service: Vacation Accrual Rate: After six months (minimum 1,040 hours) (a) through 5th year; (b) 5th annual season; or, (c) 60th months. 12 workdays for each 12 full calendar months of service (8 hours per month) After (a) 5th year through 10th year; (b) 5th annual season through 10th annual season; or, (c) 60th month through 120th month 15 workdays for each 12 full calendar months of service (10 hours per month) After (a) 10th year through 15th year; (b) 10th annual season through 15th annual season; or, (c) 120th month through 180th month. 18 workdays for each 12 full calendar months of service (12 hours per month) After (a) 15th year through 20th year; (b) 15th annual season through 20th annual season; or, (c) 180th month through 240th month. 21 workdays for each 12 full calendar months of service (14 hours per month)

After having served in a bargaining unit position in one of the Universities for six (6) full calendar months, employees shall be credited with the appropriate earned vacation leave and thereafter vacation leave shall be accumulated or prorated on the appropriate schedule as follows for (a) full time employees; (b) seasonal employees and

A. Vacation leave accruals for the calendar month will be credited and available for employee use on the last day of the month.
B. Employees hired the 1st through the 15th of the month will receive the vacation leave accrual credit for that month. Employees hired on the 16th through the end of the month will not receive a vacation leave accrual credit for that month.
C. Employees who separate from employment with the Employer between the 1st through the 15th of the month will not receive a vacation leave accrual for that month. Employees who separate from employment with the Employer between the 16th through the end of the month will receive the vacation leave accrual credit for that month.
D. Vacation leave will not accrue during a month when leave without pay exceeds eighty (80) hours in any calendar month, nor will credit be given toward the rate of vacation leave accrual except during military leave without pay.

Vacation Leave Accrual. Full-time nurses who have been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule provided in Section 16.3. Vacation leave accrual for part-time nurses will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time nurse is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

2. Full-time employees who have been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule.
3. Part-time employees will accrue vacation leave in any calendar month in which they are in pay status for the portion of eighty (80) hours that their monthly schedule bears to full-time employment.
4. The scheduled period of cyclic year position leave without pay will not be deducted for purposes of computing the rate of vacation leave accrual for cyclic year employees.
5. Vacation leave accruals for the prior calendar month will be credited and available for employee use the first of the next calendar month.
6. Unused vacation leave credits of employees who change Washington State employers without a break in service will transfer with the employee to the new employer. An employee who brings an accrued balance from another Washington State employer may use the previously accrued vacation leave during the probationary or trial service period.
Vacation Leave Accrual. A. Full-time employees will accrue vacation leave at the rates set forth below. Part- time employees shall accrue vacation on a prorated basis according to the employee’s appointment percentage.

Accrual rates below shall be based on the employee’s total years of state employment; provided that, in order to receive credit for prior state employment, employees must notify Human Resources within thirty (30) calendar days of their initial appointment of any prior work experience for which they seek credit.
