Chiller Allowance. Where a team member is engaged in the operation of a forklift and works in a cold chamber in which the temperature is set at above zero degrees Celsius (0ºC) for at least half of their ordinary hours rostered shift or at least four (4) hours during their shift (whichever is the lesser time) the team member is paid an allowance for each shift so worked as follows: FFPP after 1May 2024 FFPP after 1 May 2025 FFPP after 1 May 2026 $4.08 per shift $4.23 per shift $4.38 per shift

Chiller Allowance. Where an employee is engaged in the operation of a forklift and works in a cold chamber in which the temperature is set at above 0ºC and the employee is so engaged for not less than half of their ordinary hours rostered shift or not less than four hours during their shift, which ever is the lesser time, than such an employee shall be paid an additional allowance for each shift so worked of $2.50 provided that this allowance shall increase to $2.60 from 1st May 2009 and to $2.75 from 1st May 2010.
