Common use of Christian Conciliation Clause in Contracts

Christian Conciliation. Employee and the Company desire to avoid dissipating resources on wasteful ligitation and therefore agreee to resolve disputes privately by good faith negotiation where at all possible. Any dispute which cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be submitted to Christian mediation, and if mediation fails, arbitration, under the rules of the Institute for Christian Conciliation, or any comparable entity agreed upon in writing both the Employee and the Company. Any arbitration award issued by the mediator shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
