Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve Premiums. Employees will be paid a premium of one and one-half (1½) the regular rate of pay for hours actually worked between 9:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. the following day on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, provided the employees are not entitled to overtime pay for those hours.
