Circulation/Timelines. Refer to Table 2 for circulation/timelines. If the circulated information is incomplete and/or the timeline is not met, the commenting agencies may request in writing the rescheduling of the pre-consultation meeting to offer better service and outline of study requirements. Commenting agencies may conduct site visits prior to the date of the pre-consultation meeting, where time permits, to inform discussion at the meeting regarding the scoping of required studies.
