Niagara Escarpment Development. The lead agency will circulate the complete application to Regional and Local engineering staff when required based on pre-consultation information. Engineering reviews will be completed once the application has been circulated in accordance with the current Planning requirements. Comments and conditions will be provided to the circulation agency staff.
