CITANDI ET EXECUTANDI. The parties choose as their domicilia citandi et executandi for all purposes under this Agreement, whether in respect of court process, notices or other documents or communications of whatsoever nature (including the exercise of any option), the addresses as stated in this C2 Agreement.
CITANDI ET EXECUTANDI. 10.1 Each party chooses the address set out opposite its name below as its DOMICILIUM CITANDI ET EXECUTANDI at which all notices, legal processes and other communications must be delivered for the purposes of this agreement:
CITANDI ET EXECUTANDI. 20.1. The Licensee elects the address completed in the or- der as its domiciluim citandi et executandi for the pur- pose of serving documents pertaining to this agree- ment and agree to inform the Licensor in writing immediately should the address change.
CITANDI ET EXECUTANDI. The Parties hereby accept their addresses as fully set out below, as their domicilium citandi et executandi for all matters in connection with this Agreement and for the service of any legal processes. Either of the Parties may change its address provided that the Party doing so gives fourteen (14) days written notice to the other Party prior to such change.
