Domicilia citandi et executandi means the place at which a summons or any legally required notices can be served upon or deemed to have been served upon either party to this Agreement should a dispute arise; “Event Management” includes planning, coordinating and managing projects such as football matches, festivals, ceremonies, competitions, concerts and conventions, budgeting, acquiring permits, location support and logistics, arranging for equipment and facilities, emergency plans, managing risk and developing contingency plans where/when the client assigns the Platform to undertake on its behalf.
