Common use of CITIZEN BAND RADIOS Clause in Contracts

CITIZEN BAND RADIOS. The use of citizen band (CB) radios not to exceed five (5) xxxxx, shall be permitted in all feeder road equipment that travels in ex- cess of ninety (90) miles on any one (1) leg of the feeder run. Subject to the following conditions: (a) Operators of CB Radios must conform to FCC rules and regula- tions and be properly licensed and the license be on record with the Company. (b) Head sets and ear phones shall not be allowed. (c) The Company will not be responsible in any way for any dam- age or loss of CB Radio equipment. (d) All power hook-ups and antenna brackets shall be provided and installed by the Company.
