Citizens of one of the Contracting. States shall not be subjected in the other Contracting State to any taxation or any requirement connected therewith which is other or more burdensome than the taxation and connected requirements to which citizens of that other Contracting State in the same circumstances are or may be subjected.

Citizens of one of the Contracting. States shall not be subjected in the other Contracting State to any taxation or any requirement connected therewith which is other or more burdensome than the taxation and connected requirements to which citizens of that other Contracting State in the same circumstances are or may be subjected. This provision shall not be construed as obliging one of the Contracting States to grant to citizens of the other Contracting State not resident in the first-mentioned Contracting State those personal allowances, reliefs and reductions for tax purposes which are by law available only to citizens or residents of that first-mentioned Contracting State or to such other persons as may be specified therein.

  • Execution of the Contract 30.1 This Contract and any amendments thereto may be executed in any number of counterparts with the same effect as if all parties hereto had signed the same document. All counterparts will be construed together and will constitute one and the same original agreement.
