City Approvals to Control. The Developer shall obtain or cause to be obtained all necessary zoning, building and other permits and approvals in conjunction with the completion of the District Project. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the applicable zoning, building and other permits and approvals shall control the specific development of the District Project.
