INCORPORATED ITEMS; DEFINITIONS; EXHIBITS. 1.01 Items Incorporated into this Agreement; Coordination with Redevelopment Plan. The provisions of: (a) the URC Law, (b) the Redevelopment Plan and (c) the Proposal are hereby incorporated herein by this reference thereto and made in whole a part of this Agreement. To the extent that any of the provisions of this Agreement conflict with any of the provisions of the Redevelopment Plan, the provisions of this Agreement shall control and govern.
