Common use of CITY COUNCIL REVIEW Clause in Contracts

CITY COUNCIL REVIEW. On the 24th day of February, 2020, the City Council reviewed the application, the reports and recommendations of the City’s staff and consultants, the reports and requests of the Developer, and the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, and has approved the Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Site Plan Review, all subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. On the 24th day of February, 2020, the Arden Hills City Council approved an amended planned unit development a condition that the Developer enter into this Contract, furnish the security required by it.

On the 24th day of February, 2020, the Arden Hills City Council approved an amended planned unit development a condition that the Developer enter into this Contract, furnish the security required by it.

On the 24th 10th day of FebruaryMarch, 20202014, the City Council reviewed the application, the reports and recommendations of the City’s staff and consultants, staff; the reports and requests of the Developer, ; and the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, ; and has approved the Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Site Plan Review, PUD Amendment for the Phase I revised building plan; all subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. On the 24th day of February, 2020, the Arden Hills City Council approved an amended planned unit development a condition that the Developer enter into this Contract, furnish the security required by it.

CITY COUNCIL REVIEW. On the 24th 23rd day of February, 20202015, the City Council reviewed the application, the reports and recommendations of the City’s staff and consultants, the reports and requests of the Developer, and the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, and has approved the PUD Master Plan, Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan and Site Plan Reviewthe Conditional Use Permit, all subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. On the 24th day of February, 2020, the Arden Hills City Council approved an amended planned unit development a condition that the Developer enter into this Contract, furnish the security required by it.

CITY COUNCIL REVIEW. On the 24th 25th day of FebruarySeptember, 20202017, the City Council reviewed the application, the reports and recommendations of the City’s Planning Commission; the materials and comments submitted by City staff and its consultants; and the materials and comments submitted by the Developer and its consultants. At the conclusion of its review, the reports City Council approved a Master and requests of the Developer, and the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, and has approved the Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Site Plan Review, all to construct the Project subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. On the 24th day of February, 2020, the Arden Hills City Council approved an amended planned unit development a condition that the Developer enter into this Contract, furnish the security required by it.
