City Hall Closed. Should the City of Xenia close City Hall early on days prior to holidays for non-emergency reasons, on duty operators shall receive hour for hour compensatory time for such closed hours. Such compensatory time hours may be used by mutual agreement, may not create overtime, and must be used within four (4) months.
