City Official Action. Any authorizing resolution of the City with respect to the Redevelopment Area, any ordinance approving any and all amendments to the Redevelopment Plan, the resolution(s) authorizing this Redevelopment Agreement and any amendments hereto, and any and all other resolutions, ordinances or other official action of the City that constitutes a condition precedent to Redeveloper performing its obligations hereunder in accordance with all Applicable Laws and this Redevelopment Agreement or that is otherwise contemplated by this Redevelopment Agreement.
