City Revisions to Program Budgets. The City shall have authority, without the execution of a Formal Amendment, to purchase additional Services and/or make changes to the work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (including such terms that require Contractor’s agreement), not involving an increase in the Compensation or the Term by use of a written City Revision to Program Budget.
