CITY SMOKING POLICY. Concessionaire agrees that it will prohibit smoking by its employees and the public in the Concession Space and will not sell or advertise tobacco products. Concessionaire acknowledges that smoking is not permitted in Airport buildings and facilities except for designated smoking lounges. Concessionaire and its officers, agents and employees shall cooperate and comply with the provisions of the City’s Executive Order No. 99 dated December 1, 1993, Executive Order No. 13 dated July 31, 2002, the provisions of Denver Revised Municipal Code, §§ 24-301 to 317 et. seq., and the Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act, C.R.S. §§ 00-00-000 et. seq.
