Common use of City to Act as Collector Clause in Contracts

City to Act as Collector. The City shall submit monthly statements to and collect from all Residential Units for services provided by the Contractor pursuant to Section 3.01(a), including those accounts that are delinquent. The Contractor shall submit statements to the City for all xxxxxxxx under Section 3.01(a) for all Residential Units, and the Contractor shall xxxx and collect directly from all Commercial Units for services that are provided pursuant to Section 3.01(b) and (c). City retains the right to ride with the commercial collection unit once a year to verify the commercial accounts.
