Limitations on Frequency and Dollar Amounts of Transactions. We impose certain limitations on the number or dollar amount of transactions you can make with your Card. Detailed at the end of this Agreement is a table of limitations that apply to the Card. For security reasons, we may further limit the number or dollar amount of transactions you can make with your Card. We may increase or decrease these limits from time to time in our sole discretion and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without prior notice to you.

Limitations on Frequency and Dollar Amounts of Transactions. For security reasons, in the event your Card or PIN is lost or stolen, there are limits on the dollar amount of transactions you can make on the ATM System. Provided you have enough money available in your account(s), you may withdraw up to a maximum of $500 during any day, including Saturday and Sunday, when using an ATM. However, the amount that you may withdraw daily or in any single use of the ATM may be different at Network ATMs, where limits are determined by each individual participating financial institution.

The maximum aggregate value of your Card Account(s) is restricted to $10,000 at any point in time. We will determine any maximum value by aggregating the activity and value of all Card Accounts you may have with us. There is a Returns and Adjustments (Debit Cards) – Merchants and others who honor debit cards may give credit for returns or adjustments, and they will do so by sending us a credit slip that we will post to your Checking Account. Foreign Transactions (Debit Cards) – When you use your card for a transaction denominated in currency other than U.S. dollars, the transaction amount will be converted into U.S. dollars by applying an exchange rate selected by Mastercard from among the range of rates available in wholesale currency markets or the government-mandated rate on the date the transaction is processed. The rate chosen may vary from the rate Mastercard itself receives. Merchant Refusal to Accept – Some merchants may refuse to accept your Card(s) as payment for goods and services, and we are not responsible or liable for their actions. Additional Disclosures Applicable to Telephone Banking and Online/Mobile Banking Services Account Access – Telephone Banking and Online/Mobile Banking Services are available for your Savings Account, Checking Accounts, Money Market Account, Personal Line of Credit Account, and most other savings account(s) (with the exception of IRA accounts) and loan account(s) (with the exception of credit cards) using your password specific to this service. Account Selection – Registering for multi-account access will allow you to transact on all accounts on which you are an owner, a joint owner or co-signer. You cannot select individual accounts for multi-account Telephone Banking or Online/Mobile Banking access.

Limitations on Frequency and Dollar Amounts of Transactions. You may use your card at automated teller machines or at point-of-sale terminals to withdraw cash up to a maximum of $509* per business day, per card as long as your available balance exceeds this limit. ATM cash withdrawals are limited to five per day. You may also choose to have a dollar limit lower than $509 or a number of withdrawals limit lower than five, you need only inform us. You may use your Bluestone Debit MasterCard to make PIN based or signature-based purchases up to $1,000* each per day, with an aggregate limit of $1,500 per day. Debit MasterCard purchases are limited to 25 per day. You may also choose to have a lower dollar limit or purchase number limit. You need only inform us. *Some cards may have lower limits assigned by us, due to account experience. Our Bill Payment Processor has a payment cap of $9,999.00. The Bill Payment user interface limits the entry of payment amounts greater than this amount. Our business days are Monday through Friday except holidays. Deposits and payments made through an ATM after 3:30 PM Monday through Saturday, or on a Sunday or federal holiday will be considered received and will be posted on the next business day. You may not use your Card to transfer money to or from accounts which do not exist or which are not designated accounts. We shall not be required to complete any such transaction, but if we do, you agree to pay us any excess amount or any improperly withdrawn or transferred amount immediately upon request from us. We may impose additional restrictions or limitations on the use of your Card when we believe they are necessary to safeguard the Card against misuse.
