CITY’S AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT. 3.1 The City acknowledges that the City funds are being made for the City’s benefit, and that the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Concert Hall is an important City asset. The City will fully cooperate in all respects with Metro as needed for implementation and completion of the Project.
CITY’S AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT. The City acknowledges that the City appropriation is being made for the City’s benefit, and that the Portland’5 Centers for the Arts are important City assets. The City will fully cooperate in all respects with Metro as needed in order to provide operating support to the venues as a result of halted programming during the COVID-19 pandemic.
