City Asset definition

City Asset means Licensor-owned structures, objects, and equipment in the right of way, including, but not limited to, street lights, banners, street furniture, bus stops, billboards, or other poles, lighting fixtures, or electroliers located within the ROW, and may refer to such facilities in the singular or plural, as appropriate to the context in which used.
City Asset means an item, object, thing, or real estate property owned by the City and includes, but is not limited to, City-owned buildings, parks and open spaces, vehicles, equipment, structures, or part thereof, events, services, programs, activities, and intellectual property.
