City Asset definition

City Asset means Licensor-owned structures, objects, and equipment in the right of way, including, but not limited to, street lights, banners, street furniture, bus stops, billboards, or other poles, lighting fixtures, or electroliers located within the ROW, and may refer to such facilities in the singular or plural, as appropriate to the context in which used.
City Asset or “Asset” means any asset owned by The City and managed directly by The City or by a Partner, or any program, service, or event provided or organized by The City;
City Asset means an item, object, thing (including a service, program, event or activity) or real estate property owned by The City;
