Common use of CITY’S AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE Clause in Contracts

CITY’S AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE. For purposes of the administration of this Agreement, the City’s City Manager is designated as the City’s authorized representative (the “City Authorized Representative”), unless otherwise designated in writing by the City’s City Manager.

For purposes the performance of the administration of services under this Agreement, the City’s City Manager is designated as the City’s authorized representative (the “City Authorized Representative”), [NAME AND TITLE], shall administer the Agreement unless otherwise designated in writing by the City’s Authorized Representative or the City Manager.
