Common use of City’s Representative Clause in Contracts

City’s Representative. City hereby designates Public Works Manager – Facilities and Fleet, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“City's Representative”). City's Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of City for all purposes under this Agreement. Contractor shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than City's Representative or his or her designee.

City’s Representative. The City hereby designates Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Public Works Manager – Facilities and Fleet, Director or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“City's ’s Representative”). City's ’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this AgreementContract. Contractor Consultant shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the City's ’s Representative or his or her designee.
