Common use of Civic and Community Participation Clause in Contracts

Civic and Community Participation. During the Term of this Agreement, Developer agrees to actively participate in the civic, charitable, educational, philanthropic and economic development of Overland Park. Accordingly, at a minimum, Developer shall (a) at all times be a dues-paying member in good standing with (i) the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, and (ii) the Overland Park Economic Development Council, and (b) Developer shall make an annual donation to the Overland Park Arts and Recreation Foundation in an amount determined in the sole discretion of Developer, but not to be less than $1,000 annually.

AccordinglySpecifically, Developer must, at a minimum, Developer shall (a) at all times be a dues-paying member in good standing with (i) the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, Commerce and (ii) the Overland Park Economic Development Council, and (b) Developer shall make an annual a donation of not less than $1,000 annually to the Overland Park Arts and Recreation Foundation in an amount determined in the sole discretion of Developer, but not to be less than $1,000 annuallyFoundation.
