Common use of Civil Penalty Payment Clause in Contracts

Civil Penalty Payment. Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 25249.7(b)(2), and in settlement of all claims alleged in the Notice or referred to in this Settlement Agreement, Xxxxxxx agrees to pay, no later than the Effective Date, $1,200 in civil penalties.
