Common use of Civil Penalty Payment Clause in Contracts

Civil Penalty Payment. Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 25249.7(b)(2), and as consideration for the releases contained in Sections 4.1 and 4.2 below, Xxxxxx agrees to pay $1,500 in civil penalties no later than the Effective Date.
