CIVIL RIGHTS ACT. Contractor assures that it will follow Subchapter VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, USC Sections 2000 e (17), to the end that no persons shall, on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, or national origin be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under this Contract or any project, program, or activity supported by this Contract.
