Common use of Civil Service and Departmental Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Civil Service and Departmental Rules and Regulations. 1. It is understood and agreed that there exists within the City, in written form, Civil Service and Departmental Rules and Regulations. Except as specifically modified by this Memorandum of Understanding, these rules and regulations, and any subsequent amendments thereto, shall be in full force and effect during the term of this Memorandum of Understanding. 2.
