Claimant in Death Situation. Where an employee eligible for retirement allowance dies before retirement and retirement allowance has not been granted, the retirement allowance entitlement of the deceased employee shall be paid to the employee’s designated beneficiary or to his/her estate if no beneficiary has been designated.
