Claims Against Settlement Benefits. In the event a third party, such as a bankruptcy trustee, former spouse, or other third party has or claims to have a claim against any payment made to a Settlement Class Member, it is the responsibility of the Settlement Class Member to resolve such a claim or to transmit the funds to such third party.
