CLAIMS AND DISPUTES General. To preserve any claim arising out of the Agreement, the Parties shall comply with and exhaust all provisions of this Section. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the Vendor shall continue to perform its services during any dispute resolution process. If the Vendor continues to perform, MaineDOT shall continue to make payments in accordance with the Agreement of amounts not in dispute.
